Job description
You will be part of a unique unit that will specialize in collecting older aged debt often involving very complex and difficult issues. Tellus has a credit management team in places that are responsible for collecting all aged debt. Your role will be to collect the invoices that they have been unable to collect. In short the most difficult and hardest to solve cases will be your responsibility. You will need to be highly proactive and driven to resolve these issues. Your negotiation skills will have to be highly developed, and you’re feeling for people and the commercial side of the business will also need to be of a high level.
We are looking for people who will see this role as a great and exiting challenge. For the right candidate the role will be a sport in which the sky is the limit. The more you collect the more successful you will be. The job will include a very interesting bonus structure.
What do we ask?
- HBO working and thinking level;
- Able to work in cross functional teams, including projects;
- Fluent in English, and two other European languages;
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar function;
- A flexible attitude and ability to adapt to change;
- A real collections tiger with a strong commercial/negotiating background;
- A dynamic and fresh personality who enjoys thinking out of the box;
